Job Description:

• Attend calls from users and retail stores
• Accurately log the call in Service Desk Application
• Support users on their queries and technical issues within SLA
• Monitor and status update on the tickets to users
• Work closely with users / 2^nd level support to close tickets within agreed SLA
• Recommend and develop process improvements, that support business
• Participate in IT projects and complete the tasks on time
• Update Assets

The ideal candidate

Skills :

·          Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Certification or any other relevant certification(Nice to have)

  ·         Bilingual with English and Arabic; preferably Saudi female national only

Experience :

Fresh IT Graduate preferred without no experience or Maximum 1 – 2 years of experience as service desk / IT helpdesk. No other experience in any other field will be considered

Education :

 BaBechelor’s degree in IT (Required)

·         Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation (Optional for Female staff however need to pass the exam within 3 months after joining)

King Abdullah awards Dr. Khowla Al Kurayie for her excellence and contribution in cancer research.

Title: Lead Researcher – King Faisal Specialist Hospital

The custodian of the two holy mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, presented doctor, researcher, and Saudi National Khowla Al Kurayie with the King Abdulaziz title and award of the first class for her contribution in cancer research.

Dr. Khowla is a medical researcher at the King Faisal Specialist hospital in the Paediatric Cancer ward and leads a team of researchers working to identify the genetic characteristics of cancer cells.

Back in 2007, Dr. Khowla was chosen from between 300 international researchers in her field and awarded the Harvard Medical School Award for Scientific Excellence both for her research contributions and for her exceptional career record.
